Wording on the atarah
I hand paint the standard Hebrew tzit tzit blessing on the atarah in gold or silver paint or any other color you desire.  You can also have the wording of your choice including your Hebrew name, or a passage from the Torah or prayer book.  Suggestions:
The Shema:
The last line of Adon Olam: Into His hand I commit my spirit when I sleep, and I wake and with my spirit, my body.  The Lord is with me, I will not fear.
The first line of Aleinu: It is our duty to praise the Master of all to ascribe greatness to the Author of creation.
The last line of Aleinu (Oseh shalom): May He who makes peace in His high places grant peace for us and for all Israel; and say, Amen.

Etz Chaim Hi: A tree of life to those who hold fast to it, and all who cling to it find happiness.
Shiru L'Adonai: Sing unto G*d.  Sing a new song.  Sing to G*d all the earth.  Sing to G*d, bless G*d's name.

Bat or Bar Mitzvah Tallitot
I can paint the date and names (in Hebrew or English) on the corners (or elsewhere) as a special way to remember or honor loved ones.

Wedding Tallitot
I can paint your desired wedding information on the tallit as well!   How about painting אני לדודי ודודי לי (Ani L'Dodi, v'Dodi Li) - I am my beloved's and my beloved is mine - on the atarah?  Would you like a large tallit to wrap around the bride and groom?  Or a tallit to tie onto poles as a chuppah?  We are only limited by imagination.
